2. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship orders within the Arab Republic of Egypt to serviceable areas covered by our courier partners.
If your area is outside our courier coverage, we may contact you to confirm whether delivery is possible, suggest an alternative delivery location, or cancel and refund the order.

4. Order Processing

6. Payment on Delivery and Prepaid Orders

Additional shipping fees may apply unless the issue was caused by ANJA Sportswear or the courier.
8. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partner will usually attempt delivery to the address provided. If you are unavailable, the courier may contact you to arrange another attempt according to the courier’s policy.
If delivery fails after the allowed courier attempts, the package may be returned to ANJA Sportswear. We may then contact you to arrange re-delivery or cancellation, subject to applicable law and this Policy.

When receiving your order, please check that the package is not visibly damaged, opened, or tampered with before accepting it.

If the delay is caused by ANJA Sportswear or our courier partner, and you exercise a legal right to cancel due to late delivery, ANJA Sportswear will bear the applicable return or delivery costs required by law.
12. Refused Shipments
If you refuse delivery for a reason related to ANJA Sportswear, such as receiving the wrong item, a damaged package, or a shipment that is materially different from your order, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
If you refuse delivery without a valid legal or order-related reason after the order has already been shipped, we may deduct or request reasonable shipping costs, unless prohibited by applicable law or unless a more favorable condition is offered to you.
13. Returns, Exchanges, and Shipping Costs
This Shipping Policy should be read together with our Return and Exchange Policy. In general, unworn kids’ sportswear may be eligible for return or exchange if it is unused, unwashed, undamaged, in its original condition, with original tags and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
For hygiene and safety reasons, some items may not be eligible for return or exchange if opened, worn, washed, damaged, or no longer in the same condition as delivered, unless the item is defective or non-conforming. This may include items such as socks, underwear, swimwear, hair accessories, personalized items, or any product that cannot be returned to its original condition for reasons attributable to the customer.
Where the return or exchange is due to our mistake, a defective product, a non-conforming product, or a legally recognized late-delivery withdrawal, ANJA Sportswear will bear the applicable shipping costs as required by law.
Where the return is a customer-choice return and the product is not defective or incorrect, return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless ANJA Sportswear offers a more favorable condition or promotion.

Where tracking is available, we will provide tracking details by email, SMS, WhatsApp, or through your account on www.anjasportswear.com.
Tracking updates depend on the courier’s system and may not appear immediately after dispatch.
15. Split Shipments
In some cases, items in the same order may be shipped separately due to stock availability, warehouse location, package size, or courier requirements. If this happens, we will try to inform you and you will not be charged extra shipping unless clearly stated and accepted before shipment.
