Welcome to Anja Sportswear! Fast delivery across Egypt, the ability to choose the right size upon delivery, and a 14-day return guarantee.

 Exclusive Service: Choose Your Size Upon Delivery (Cairo Only)

We offer you the option to order multiple sizes and select the correct size upon receiving your order (within Cairo only), with the ability to return the other sizes to the delivery agent on the spot with no extra fees.

Delivery Times by Area

• New Cairo & Nasr City: Delivery within 2 working days
• Greater Cairo & Giza: 5 to 7 working days
• All other governorates: 7 to 14 working days

Note: Delivery times are calculated from the date the order is confirmed, not the initial order date.

 Return & Exchange Policy

We guarantee your right to return and exchange in accordance with the terms and conditions below.

 Return Period: 14 Days for All Products Except Swimwear

You have the right to return or exchange items within 14 days of receiving your order, according to the conditions listed below. Swimwear Notice: Swimwear cannot be returned or exchanged for health and legal reasons. Please confirm the size before placing your order.

Return & Exchange Conditions:

• The product tag must be attached and uncut
• The product must be in its original condition, unused and undamaged
• You must provide the order number or original invoice
• The customer bears the shipping cost in case of return
• The return will be inspected and approved before any refund

If the product tag is removed or cut, the courier will not accept the product, and we won’t be able to process your return.

 Gift Return Policy:

• If the product is marked as a gift: you will receive a credit of the return value
• If the product is not marked as a gift: the refund will go to the original purchaser

Returns Based on Purchase Platform

Different return policies apply based on the purchase platform. For purchases made from the following platforms, return and exchange must be handled through the platform directly and not through Anja:
